  • If you service my new vehicle will it affected the manufacturer warranty?

We perform log book services without affecting your manufacturer warranty. So you have the peace of mind that your vehicle is being looked after without the hefty dealership fees.

 

  • What is the warranty on your work?

All services and repairs are guaranteed for the period of 12 months from the date of work completed or 20,000km, whichever comes first.

 

  • Will I know how much the car service and/or repairs will end up or will I get a big surprise?

Before Cranbourne Auto commences any work, we will give you verbal quote of mechanical work required and associated costs - you are always in control of the cost and will not get a nasty surprise.

 

  • Do I have to pay when I pick up my vehicle and how can I pay?

Yes. Payment needs to be made at the completion of the job. Cranbourne Auto accepts EFTPOS, all major Credit Cards, Cash, MotorPass and MotorCharge.

 

  • Are your mechanics qualified?

Yes we at Cranbourne Auto only employ fully qualified mechanics.

 

  • What hours are you open?

Cranbourne Auto is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

 

  • Are you open on Saturdays?

Cranbourne Auto is open the second Saturday of every month by appointment.  Please call 5996 4850 to book an appointment.

 

  • Is your workshop open on Public Holidays?

No, sorry we are closed for business on public holidays.

 

  • I have been approached by someone who's selling vehicle servicing for an upfront payment, is this legitimate?

 

Cranbourne Auto does not have a promotion running with an upfront payment. Please be warned, this is likely a scam.
